International Shipping
- Delivery timelines vary by destination, generally ranging between 7-21 business days.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional offers — please refer to product details or banners for eligibility.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Please note, tracking updates depend on the shipping partner, and in some cases (e.g., India Post), delays in tracking information may occur.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

- Drapedesi is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- We will assist in raising a claim with the shipping provider and provide replacements or compensation as applicable.
