Refund Policy

At DrapeDesi, we take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Every product is carefully manufactured and inspected before dispatch. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund and replacement policy below.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to cases involving manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Holes or tears in the fabric
  • Major fabric defects
  • Misprints or incorrect prints
  • Damage caused during manufacturing or transit

If the issue is verified to be from our end, we will take full responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

To help us resolve such issues efficiently, the following conditions must be met:

  • Report Timeline - All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide Proof - Clear unboxing videos and photographs are mandatory. These are required to verify whether the issue occurred during manufacturing or shipping.
  • Product Condition Requirement - The product must be in brand-new, unused, and unwashed condition. It must not be worn, washed, altered, or used in any manner after unboxing.
  • Intact Condition - The item should be returned in its original and intact state, exactly as received. If the product shows any signs of use, washing, damage after delivery, or alteration, the refund or replacement request will not be accepted, even if a claim has been raised.
  • Our Action - Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Wrong Size Orders & Non-Defective Returns

  • Buyer Responsibility - Refunds or returns are not accepted for size-related issues.
    Detailed measurements are clearly mentioned in our size chart, and customers are requested to review it carefully before placing an order.
  • Next Steps - If an incorrect size is ordered, the buyer must place a new order for the correct size or item. No refunds or exchanges will be processed for sizing errors.
    Reason: All products are made-to-order, and returned items cannot be resold as new.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  • No Refunds for Address Errors - If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the buyer, DrapeDesi will not be responsible for delivery failure.
  • Re-shipping Costs - Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges must be borne by the buyer.

We believe in transparent communication and fair practices. If a mistake occurs on our end, we will make it right. However, issues related to sizing, incorrect order details, or address errors remain the buyer’s responsibility.
