How long does it take to fulfill an order?
At Drapedesi, all print on demand orders are shipped within 2 working days. AOP apparels are dispatched within 3- 4 working days. The overall fulfillment time, including the delivery time, is 3-5 working days.
What to do in case of an error while creating an order?
In case of an error, while creating an order at Drapedesi, the first step is to check the error message displayed on the screen and reach out to Qikink’s customer support team for assistance.
Does Drapedesi offer Eco-Friendly Packaging?
All print on demand India accessory orders are packed in eco-friendly packaging. Our newly launched Supima t-shirts are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes to provide a premium packaging feel to your customer.
How do I handle returns and exchanges for my customers?
If you receives a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. However, if an exchange is requested for a size change, the associated costs will need to be covered by you.
What to do when an order is not delivered?
If your order has not been delivered, check the tracking information provided by Drapedesi. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or family members to see if they may have received the package on your behalf. If you are unable to locate the package, contact the Qikink support team with the order number to report the issue.
What if a customer wants to return the order or product?
If a customer wants to return a product, you can do the following,
- The shipping partner picks up the product and delivers it to Drapdesi.
- Once checked, the product is added to your return inventory.
- When you receive the same order again, our system automatically ships it from the return inventory to your customer.
