Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch it within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are shipped via Express (Air) for faster delivery across India. Express (Air) delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote PIN codes (India Post) take 3–15 business days after dispatch. From the time of order placement, expect your DrapeDesi drop to arrive within 4–8 business days under normal conditions. Delivery may be delayed during public holidays extreme weather conditions or due to disruptions with our logistics partners. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, product and delivery PIN code. We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.
COD orders incur an additional charge of ₹100 per order. COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India. Please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery. If the COD amount is not available the order may be returned.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp so you can monitor its progress. Please note that orders shipped via India Post may not display real-time tracking updates.
What Happens If Delivery Fails?
If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order, the package may be returned to us for any of the following reasons:
* Incorrect or incomplete address
* You were unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery
* COD amount not ready
* Delivery was refused
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing your order. We will not be able to take responsibility for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
Remote & Unserviceable Areas
If your PIN code is not serviceable by our primary courier partners, your order will be shipped via India Post. Delivery to certain Northeast PIN codes may take a longer time.
