At Drapedesi, all print on demand orders are shipped within 2 working days. AOP apparels are dispatched within 3- 4 working days. The overall fulfillment time, including the delivery time, is 3-5 working days.

If you receives a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. However, if an exchange is requested for a size change, the associated costs will need to be covered by you.

If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or family members to see if they may have received the package on your behalf.
